Summer Clinical Research Experiences in Aging Program

We are looking for 6 undergraduate students completing their freshman, sophomore, or junior years to participate in our Summer Clinical Research Experiences in Aging program. The program will run for 8 weeks from May 29 to July 25, 2008 and offers the following opportunities:

  • Individualized mentoring in research experiences in aging
  • Seminars and journal clubs
  • Observations in a variety of research settings
  • And much more!
  • Also, a $3,200 stipend (to be paid in installments after withdrawal of applicable taxes, and other customary deductions)

To apply, interested students should submit the following by March 24, 2008:

  • The application form available online - Complete Application
  • College transcript (or other official record of college coursework to-date)
  • Two letters of recommendation that describe your work habits and ability to work independently. 2-3 paragraphs per letter is acceptable.

Please note: Applicants are expected to participate in the program during the time of May 29 to July 25, 2008. Anticipated exceptions to this must be indicated in the application.
